After stirring the pot on someone elses thread i felt that perhaps i could start one here to allow for discussion relating to the art.

I personally wear my tattoos with pride.... each and every one has been placed there with a purpose and has a meaning relevant to events in my life.

I am the kind of person who asks people why they got their tats, what are they for/mean and do they regret the decision. I would rather talk someone out of getting tattooed because the only reason is because its an 'in' thing than have them wearing art that in a couple of years they will be regretting.

I HAVE FACED THE NEEDLE AND SURVIVED... I HAVE SHED THE BLOOD AND GROWN... I HAVE WORN MY ART AND EXPRESSED!!!!

I personally think if you put to much meaning into your tatts you will end up not liking them...

I personally am undergoing a custom sleeve.. That has a Cars and Gambling theme.. Now while I love these things and they are a major part of my life.. Its not a huge meaning..

I have wanted a tatt since 15 and waited till 23 to get it so I dont think it is a decision I will regret
