Come on Mate. We tallied the highest score of any team of the season against the Blues who much as it pains me to say it played really well and didn't deserve to get smashed like that.

We will likely get serious this week

If you don't go all out defensive I can see a 200+ score line. Will have everyone shaking in their boots.

ESSENDON skipper Matthew Lloyd can take a four-game ban if he pleads guilty to a rough conduct charge for a high bump on Brad Sewell.
Patrick Ryder and Sam Lonergan have been offered one-week suspensions for striking, the Bombers website it reporting.

Five Essendon players were also charged with engaing in a melee.

The Bombers have not given any indication if they will take any charges to the tribunal.
