How many of us p-wrxers are smokers?

The reason I ask is because I recently quit cold turkey (it's been 18days). It's bloody difficult. I've smoked for about 7 years, at about 5-15 8mg smokes a day. I'm 26 years old.

I know it's a disgusting and seriously unhealthy habit so why is it so hard to stop?

I just need some re-assurance that I can beat it. ('harden the fuck up" comments are welcome).

oh, and one of the things that triggered me into quitting was the pictures on the smoke packets.
