Excercise 4 times a week, 3 structured gym sessions - 1 session with a PT, and a day of squash or jogging.

Friday = Leave desk and walk to the bar.

soccer training tues/thurs game sundays. gym inbetween 2-3 times a week. occasional indoor soccer.

Don't knock lawn bowls man... 9 times outta 10 they serve the cheapest piss in town and its one of the few sports u can drink and play at the same time

Played rugby for 4 years at school, now play colts for Subi Wests on Saturday morning, glad i got into the fitness hard before i started, wouldve died otherwise
