Default Perth Car Show ur thoughts?

just seeing what everyone though of it this year?
me the the mrs's went on wednesday and i thought it was pretty shit, 90% of the cars were just normal every day cars.

I'd agree, I've been to a few during the years but this years was a little average, and IMO not one of the best. As for the girls, a little on the average side also.

I thought it was ok.

Depends I guess on what you were going to look at. If you wanted to look at cars you dream about but will never own, then I guess you would be very dissappointed. No F430 or Zonda etc.

If you went as a consumer, it was ok, certainly not extraordinary. Quite interesting to see the emergence of VW and Audi etc as serious contenders over recent years now that import tariffs are finally on the way down. A Labor victory at the next election will put and end to that. Current plan is to eliminate import tariffs completely by 2010. The Australian auto consumer gets shafted at the moment : 10% import tariff, 25% luxury car tax above $55K, 2 - 5 % stamp duty depending on your state. What a joke !!

Has anyone here ever been to Frankfurt Motorshow ? That would be truely awesome.
