cams L2s yearly licence 88 bux.. or day licence (which i believe you can only use once per year) for around 30-50bux (dont quote me there) just note all conditions/medical ie. stating that u wear glasses, allergic to penecillin etc etc
just fill form send money and wella... easiest licence to get!

But you MUST be a member of a CAMS affiliated Club...

eg IWRXOC, AFARCC...etc

Actually you must be a member of the WASCC to do a tuning day there

on the plus side, a tuning day is only $50 from memory

ive still got the one you get free when you renew each yr sitting in my pocket, hopefully, ill get to use the bloody thing this yr
