I finally remembered to update you guys....
I found a chip in my windscreen in the morning where whatever it was hit, I went down and reported it to the police.
The cop I spoke to said that hes had a few cases like this, it basically comes down to his word against mine.
He said that technically I can take legal action against the moron, but he said because I have no proof, theres a 99% chance of my losing (so not worth it)
The cop said they will look into it, but dont hold my breath on anything happening.
