Perugino - oxford st @ westperth (italian but its abit pricey tho) highly recommended.
C restaurant - gd place to develop some romance , has got gd view but the food is not the best.

Hawkers Cuisine is BOMBED

Atlantic for Seafood is bombed in Subiaco. Get the seafood platter.

Recently went to Zafferano at Old Swan Brewery, the food and service was nice but be prepared to bend over. Also, my partner and I were the youngest people in there by about 15 years at least! Full of old yuppies.
