The Vince McMahon death is just part of the story line... I too was a bit sad hearing about Benoit's death, but that kinda went when I heard about him taking his wife and child but you never know.

Eddie Guerro died of heart failure due to the drugs and alcohol problems he used to have. He was getting his life back on track and working out more (he bulked up heeeaps towards the end) and his heart couldn't take it and packed it in.

McMahon has always been huge, but I think you just don't notice it as much when he's wearing a suit - he's in pretty good shape for a 63 year old, even though he is on roids.
