Internet Download Monitor - On and Off peak monitoring
I need finding a download monitor that does on and off peak monitoring separately. Ive tried DU meter, but that doesnt do it. And there was one that was a add-on to firefox, that did it, but it didnt support my ISP since it took download info directly from the ISP.
It needs to be a separate program, no an add-on to something else. Anyone got any ideas?

I use a small company called Locall Australis. That monitor unfortunately wont work with my ISP as it retrieves info directly from the ISP server.

You'd need to re-write the code to point to the your member page, or find a utlity that already provides this feature for your ISP, which would be zero chance if they are a small ISP, and don't already have a tool for this. Not sure on how else you can do it .. At the end of the day, the usage stats are inside your member page for your ISP, so whatever you use has to suck the information out of there and present it to you.
