yep 70% of crashes and fatalities are outside the city area too! I would suggest they put 70% of their $$, time and people in those areas then if they want to tackle this supposed issue/problem.

Interesting facts for 2007...

Biggest number of fatalities was in the 25 to 39 year old range. even the 40 to 59 range was higher than the young 17-24 range.

there more than double the number of crashes and fatalities in the country than in the city.

And your more likely to crash and die if you go south of the river! Those fucking SOR drivers.
