Just saying! Americans use huge displacement, QUALITY gear like said Ferrari use high rpm. Of course add forced induction to increase both of those but $45,000 Supra that can run low 10's with a (basically) unopened engine Vs $650,000 Ferrari.................. Don't get me wrong my alltime favourite car of all time would have to be a 360 Modena F1 in Giallo Fly (yellow for the plebs). What can I say? I love boosted cars

What he is saying is sure a Supra or anything really can be made into a 10 second drag car relatively cheap compared to a Ferarri. (We all watched the siq race in Fast and the Furious)

But power isn't everything. Does that (for example) Supra have any handling abilities? Can it drive around smoothly at low speed? Does the engine get rebuilt or popped every few months? This is where that extra money goes to.

Yeah mate all understood, but it's not what I was saying in the first instance. Jester said US uses displacement, I said Ferrari uses high rpm and Jap car can do it with a few bolt ons too. That is all. +1 for Jap car love. After all that's where 99.9% of members cars were born wasn't it?

Aaah, prolly that comment above is what confused us all.

To solve that argument, everyone should just get Bugatti Veyron's
