ahhh the joys of owning an Ipoo.

You need to download a special program to do that.

I attempted to explain this to the missus last year when she wanted an Ipoo but she didnt listen and got stuck with only being able to use it on certain computers.

copytrans is a decent prog to use but the trial version only lets you copy 100 songs to the pc in one session, for anything more than 1000 songs id but the bloody program.

I use Anapod from Redchair, so it was a simple matter of copying and pasting to my hard drive.

http://www.redchairsoftware.com/anapod/

hope it helps

Well if you put the mp3s onto your ipod via your computer, just keep a backup of the music on your computer? Whats the big deal?

I've done it without any software- you need to turn your ipod onto disc mode. Cant remember how to do that though...
