So I was driving through the city today and noticed something that had appeared over the weekend, like a crop circle. Only these circles had been left by a car and are made of burnt rubber. Someone had cut some nuts on one of the intersections of St Georges Terrace. Now I'm talking about quite a few donuts. Would've took them a good couple of minutes to complete. I wonder if City-Watch got any footage of it happening, there must have been a shite load of smoke. If your down city way anytime soon, check it out on your way through. Normally only see that sort of handywork in the industrial and rural areas (and Rockingham). Must be appealing to my inner bogan

Have to be a stolen car and an under age unlicenced driver surely. No one could be silly enough to do it in their own car in such a VISIBLE place surely.

probably did it at night and covered up their plates.

from what ive heard it was a ford of some sort, was done in the middle of the night a 3 locations, all 3 was witnessed by an off duty cop who recorded it all and later went to the guys home and confiscated the vehicle.
