don't know about new orleans but there're NO speed cameras in west coast (CA), only police cars on the side of the road (eating donuts). most of the road are so shit and badly designed, you can't drive fast anyway.

It's someone taking the piss! That is absolutely 100% NOT real!

Looks like they've made the car look blurry so it gives the impression that its going past the camera fast and so it gives a more real feel. And it would have to be a fixed camera, otherwise i'd expect the camera to be flying in the air. 100% Fake!

And who the hell would go and get the film from a traffic camera when there's all those people to help and rubbish to clear out. Sounds very suss to me.

100% looks like a photochop to me, the text in tje little box of info is far to clean to have actually come from the camera if its anything like the aussie ones which have a digital readout on them, plus checkout how straight the edge is right under the box, compared to how blured the rest of the cars outline is. Also, why is the text on the numberplate curvy ? did the hurricane melt the letters ?
