the only legal plates are those from the DPI.. anything else is 'illegal' ...though some people have non standard sticker/plates... you can try and get a sticker made to scale and whack it on.. chances are you wont be under scrutiny unless the police walks up for a closer look

dealer plates would work... but you would have to see someone who is willing to lend you a set

Bad luck dude.

Must say though, with the word "MUFF" on the plates, you are sorta asking for it from the juveniles

My state plates got stolen on my wrx (i think it was one of my mates who will probably own up sometimes in the future)

I remember when Tode had his stolen. If memory serves me correctly you run into big problems if they steal both?? Need a completely new and different set or something?

Suppose its much like stealing street signs that are your name or even macca's flags (these arent small either!) etc

Negative...You just get some new ones made in any current colour scheme (for whatever price it is)...unless its the old Black on Gold plates (which they dont make anymore) ... You just sign a statutory declaration and just get some new ones made up... and Kym, please keep quiet on the ''keep one plate for your bar etc'' 'cos you'll blow my cover

Hahah, Brendon .. Bad luck man - Where abouts was your car when this went down?

I know you (The dude who drives home with no headlights in the assembly @ night) - Just get a a4 piece of paper, a phat texter and write 4MUFF on it and stick it to the front of your car.

Done. :P
