Living in Albany there are roundabouts everywhere because we have no traffic lights. People here still don't know how to use them!

One word comes to mind is 'Hesitation' ...90% of the motorists have this attribute, and i believe it causes accidents. Namely Old people, people on phone and just people who are not made for driving have this....at the end of the day, i do get over it... i just slow down a tad and watch the scenery

disclaimer: i do drive larger vehicles on a near daily basis and i do have near misses due to the above.

Ive found a vast majority of people cant navigate a roundabout properly, in the end, Ive given up caring.

When I done my defensive driving course, of the 8 people doing the course, I was the ONLY one to correctly go through a roundabout when we went for a drive on the streets.
1 in 8. Nice!

Yeah so many people can't drive.

I put it down to the 5 minute test you do to get a license. Sure there are log books and stuff now, but really does that help if you are scared of driving.

My pet hate are people who are 'afraid' of the freeway, so they think they are safer driving at 70kmh. Seriously, they should hand in their license.
