FMG are not actually employing per say - they had most of their work outsoursed and are now insourcing and converting contractors to permanent staff. It's a cost cutting excersise.

I cant find a ASX code for Chevron and other companies..

Bought into BAU at .65, got up to 112 today due to hype of it being the next FMG.. but has settled to .995 - either way not bad for a weeks worth!

BAU on trading hault until friday due to share placement, rumour has it 60 million shares @ 95c

Yeah I got into FMS in the 8's a couple of weeks ago as it is next to FMG, sold at 13's yesterday as not much news flow.

Iron ore, oil, gas and gold...all good to be in at the moment, although if the DJIA has a good night almost everything goes well.

In CTP and NGE oil/gas at the moment.
