Not coal, but have a look at ATI. Recently appointed ex fmg director, majority of his salary is in form of bonus's which he cant cash out unless share price hits 5c for 2 weeks. Getting in at 4c would be a nice entry point if it dips back to those levels again.

Joint venture announcement (not sure when it will be released, could be few days/weeks/months) will see it jump to 7c/8c like ORD, except ATI have a better stake of land!

AAM and RNG set to start mining/pouring gold in December on new projects, both aiming for 40,000oz pa (~$40m) currently valued at $35m and $55m.
