The chances of having the right wind condition for oscillations is quite high because wind does not travel in one frequency or direction, it is made up of an indefinite amount of different frequency with different vectors. out of those "indefinite amount" i'm sure the right conditions would appear quite often.

not for 10 days straight i wouldnt think....

There would be a large change in environment day and night for instance there would be a difference of 10 degreees celcius.. This in itself would change the properties..

Its not just dependent on wind but thermal properties..

What would be that chances of that swing being in the exact perfect spot for it to swing liek that without the others moving and I highly doubt it would have enough force to make the swing swing that much

analysis is based on the video shown with various realistic assumptions. if the video went for 10 days, then i guess a different analysis would be required, but would also probably based on the same theory.

the umm intertia versus the force directed at approximately 75 degrees counter clockwise parrallell to the vector of the downforce accounts for the amplitude or the angular amplification of the atomic mass of the swing. This results in a coherant collision of forces by which components due to invalid displacement cause an electric dipole or fission. The the index of refractioin must be taken into account. being an optical property of matter the induction and inertial frame are invariant to that of the swing. thus making it move up and down like that.
