With respect to those opinions posted already I'd say steer clear of anything with a "power tower" or lat attachment. In my experience the Lat part isn't particularly effective. Just the design isn't conducive to a continuous loading / resistance.
Something like this might be of more use to you? http://www.nordicfitness.com.au/43/p...ad-ez-curl-bar I'd spend my money on this...and if you want back work out get some dumbells and do single arm rows or pull ups on a bar
