Yes great game! Pity there's no snow tracks or night stages though. I rekcon they should've gotten rid of the truck and buggy racing and included more of a WRC focus.

i cant play it on my comp coz its too slow....cant keep up.... graphics are too good...lol...maybe time to get better graphics card

I had a go at it, to be honest, I dont really think much of it.
Which is saying something considering Ive always been a pretty big fan of the Need For Speed games.

I am in exactly the same boat as you. Time to upgrade the trusty PS2. I have been waiting for GT5 on PS3 to come out before I bought that. Latest I can find is that GT5 prologue is not coming out till march / april which will mean the earliest we will see the real deal will be christmas 08.

I have played Forza 2 and it is pretty cool. I think dynamically it is better than colin mcrae dirt but that is also very good.

There are a few side by side videos of forza 2 vs GT5 hd (the one you download) and to the naked untrained eye the difference seems very small. One thing to bear in mind though is that supposedly the GT5 download is still the GT4 graphics engine.

I am going to wait till after christmas and see if they come down again.
