Fuck the beep test.

Beep tests bring back bad memories from school. I got 13 something, and i nearly spewed. Fuck that!!

i love the beep test, once ur done uve at least run off 6 months of KFC mmmm....

do it in your car, launching from one end to another.

Yeah mate in the process :) Not only do i need to get fit but need to get my maths up to scratch as well. My mates are all in im the last to drag my slow ass along haha
