Maybe you can then fill out a stat dec saying you weren't the driver, then an adjudication file will be sent to the officer, he will then advised dpi to take it to court and by thats all finished, you may get away with it all together as the statute of limitations for speeding is 12 months.

Or just pay the bloody fine and get on with your life.

I had some good luck today with the Police Dept around fines.

I had 2 speeding fines - 2x $75 no points, which I had not paid for aagggess, call them up today - Said they had sent the final demands out ages ago too, which i never recieved and that both fines had gone to the next level, which = +$50~ on both.

Managed to chat her up, she talked to her manager, and in the 'Christmas Spirit', they are sending out the final demands again!

I wait until all my fines get to this point then take them in to the courthouse... I've also got a "time to pay" arrangement :D

$50 a week until my couple of grand is payed off :D ..... and if i get new fines i take them in and have them added to my "tab" so to speak...lol :D
