When will they realise the solution to a high road toll is NOT increased fines, points and cameras?

I dont understand why the public is not crying out for it. I mean if this many people were dying due to an easily preventable disease that the govt was not tackling, there would be fucking riots in the streets.

Better driver training and more uniformed police officers on the road. Personally, I think advanced driving courses should be mandatory for all new learner drivers and should be govt subsidised for all current licence owners

speed cameras stop drunk drivers, its a well known fact
and daylight saving killed peter brock
