Your correct. Mine's a 3dr so it came from Germany and it took 12wks from order to delivery. They quoted 3months as a standard delivery time.

We're looking at selling it pretty soon as we want an XT or GT Forester for weekend trips etc.

Mate i highly recommend the GTi. My mum has one and i drive it regularly. It isnt very quick in a straight line but its a bloody fun car to zip around in and the DSG gearbox is insane!!

Also the interior is sweet and the seats hold u reasonably well too

You can get awesome power out of the GTi's...I'm pretty sure its about 350HP max from the GTi, and something like 400 out of the GTi Edition 30 (a limited edition to celebrate 30 years of GTi's), which has the stronger Audi S3 sourced bottom end in it.
