If this is really a US soldier doing that, then yes it is wrong. I'm sure given the fact it is worldwide new at the moment, they already know about it and would be investigating.

Unfortunately being the internet there are a great number of chances it is just fake.

And as for 'getting your head turned on straight' just because there isn't videos of the atrocities happening all over the world means that it doesn't happen and you shouldn't care (things much worse than this video)?

Ok hero settle down, first off the phrase is 'screwed on straight' not turned on straight..

second i never said it's not bad, but there are WAY worse things going on in the world today than that, humans being slaughtered and massacred rates higher on my priority list than on poor puppy being killed..
