Is there any way I can send this up the chain of command in the US military? Maybe someone has done it already, maybe its a fruitless task. But it makes me sick. Furious.

If this is really a US soldier doing that, then yes it is wrong. I'm sure given the fact it is worldwide new at the moment, they already know about it and would be investigating.

Unfortunately being the internet there are a great number of chances it is just fake.

And as for 'getting your head turned on straight' just because there isn't videos of the atrocities happening all over the world means that it doesn't happen and you shouldn't care (things much worse than this video)?
