Owned and driven: 420rwhp R32 GTR - was a ball of fun to drive. Kinda regret selling it, but they can't escape the hands of time. Shit got old.

Been in: Being passenger in a sideways old Gemini shitter with a rusted out floor/footwell. I thought I was going to die.

Been in Petes 33 too.. when we were starting to build his and my s13s up.

driven : 460hp 32 gtr, 450hp 32 gtr, 580hp VK Brock, and a completely built rally Rex onto a wheel alignment machine.. driven plenty of Jags, BMWs etc. Sometimes being in the tyre shop has its rewards in cars

Brockas' GTR is probably the quickest car i've been in. Top end in that thing was scary!

My 02 STI is the fastest car I have owned, with 345hp atw.

I need GTR!

I think you got the years mixed up.. as the 454ci came out in 'Vettes in early to mid 70's that was coupled with the 4 speed.

Im not saying it's impossible to be done by third party shop, Im just stating it wasnt a factory option... I know because i have owned 2
OKAY, was told it was a factory build, numberplate was "hally" around mid 90's i drove it, was definitely an 85 model, definitely a 454, bronze colour with a massive reverse scoop similar to an SLR 5000, it stripped up in any gear, maybe someone put in an older motor ???, it didn't have tpi if i recall correctly, it was along time ago mate, and yes i know the difference between a c4 and a stingray, a quick google search search reveals:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1956766

so yes it can & has been done fyi, and i drove one you spewing muggs?

edit: & yeah thanks, now i'm questioning myself as to weather it was a 400 or 454, SB or BB , the only pics i have are of the the outside not under the bonnet, more to the point it was the quickest car i've driven regardless

Yeah I've got a bit of a soft spot for the older falcons. XT GTs FTW, best shaped old falcon IMO and there lighter .
What shape HOs, does he still have them??
