yes you can i think but you cant switch it until the plate off your new car get here s you need to swap if with ur custom ones...if that make sense

yes you can get the plates made (if approved by dpi), you just can not take them into your possession unless they are to be attached to a registered vehicle in W.A.
they will hold them in storage until they are going to be fitted.
