You can install a keylogger on a computer that logs everything typed.

Then going through that it is pretty easy to work out a user/pwd being filled out.

However, someone has to target you directly for that, it is not just a random virus. If someone is doing that, you have larger problems to worry about that a forum log in.

Edit: You said you were 'hacked' any more information on what happened?

pfft, whats your definition of 'hacked'?
Pretty unlikely a personal computer was actually hacked unless you were specifically targetted.

For the important stuff, to defeat keyloggers I just use the onscreen keyboard located in Start - All Programs - Accessories - Accessibility..... but there's bound to be someone on 'ere who is gonna say that it's not secure either.....
