Default Paver wanted for the Secret Harbour area

Would like to know if anyone here knows of any pavers, I will be looking at approx 100 square meters.

At the moment I have a quote for $15 a square meter to lay the pavers.

If you know of anyone or you are a paver yourself, let me know how much you charge and when you would be able to do the job.

Thanks

if it's a time thing I can ask my brother if he's interested in doing it over the next couple of weekends. I live in halls head now.

I'm guessing at $15 you can't get him until october?

We use lots of paving contractors and that is cheap. I take it that is not particularly fiddly work?

Yeh, $15/m² is definitely on the cheap side.... diplomatically ask to see some of his recent work, pay particular attention to the edge & how much mud he uses to do the job. This is where you can tell the diff between a good job & a dodgy one. Some of the better pavers use actual concrete on the edges.

Is he a local, with a disclosed residential address and landline? ie not just a mobile# & "servicing the Mandurah area"? Does he have an ABN?

Sounds too cheap even for cash...
I used to pay my paving contractors $15-$16 per meter 7 years ago.

If you trust this guy @ $15 then book him NOW but remember you get what you pay for.
