The KTM 525 is probably my next bike...absolutely amazing.

As for mods, yeah she's got plenty ha ha. Every time I type out the mod list I forget some!! It also came with a PWR Radiator, which I thought was pretty trick (and a few people have already expressed their interest i.e. will steal it when I'm not looking lol).

Goes very well....lifts the front up on demand, but isn't a pig to ride either. The single flat-slide conversion brings it onto the powerband heaps earlier, and its quite tractable down low for a 2 stroke!

Oh I rode it alright, but because I had very limited quad experience, I was SUPER careful! Not doing any jumps until the nerf bars are fitted, don't like the idea of my foot slipping off the peg and being chewed up by the paddle tyre.

Jay, I'm getting the other tyres this week so I'll let you know when its ready to go...we'll hit up the pines or rocla quarry or wherever

Yeah they are an important safety feature thats for sure!!

Definitely no boost, not sure about the intricacies of boosting a 2 stroke...but there is plenty that can be done to make them go very hard without boost...such as a stroker kit and high comp head
