having been a week or two ago, Doubt they do 100kmh, but id say about 70-80, maybe 100 if your a light person down the backstraight.

Depends on what your doing if you have staggered starts make sure you nail the start, people are always slow off it.

It's just one gear isn't it? So really slow acceleration?

Yup , 2 motors.

also they give you a big speech on safety etc, try not to do stupid stuff otherwise they turn 1 engine off and then your stuck doing 50kms around the track whilst people fly past you.

First corner go wide then tuck in, should be able to go flat through the esses. Top of the track go in wide and tight in again early on the gas, and the following left hander you can take flat too, the kart I had though started understeering through there in the 2nd race.

And no matter what they say about keeping 5 metres apart etc, fuk it just slipstream people down the straight.

Ignore what they say - spool it up on the start line

brakes on & give it a few revs just before the green light - you gotta get away quick when everyone else has basically the same power.

Some of the higher numbers of karts are newer and i think much faster.

if you drive right you might be able to keep your foot flat through pretty much the whole track except the tight corner at the top of the hill.

Went 87km/hr max, weighing abt 80kg.
Trickiest corner is up in hill, tend to over steer.
