Default Emo X hits the streets

Noooooice!

http://wheelsmag.com.au/News/LAUNCH+...as+landed.html

I'd actually prefer the base model with 5 speed and standard brakes / suspension

Not because I like to change gears for myself

Not because I prefer the looks of the Enkeis to the BBS

Not because I can change the brakes / suspension at a later stage to my own specific preferences.

I'm just a tightar$e

The white evo X is really growing on me. Couple of simple mods and it looks great.

I should be doing a photoshoot/drive of one in a few weeks, very keen to see how it compares to the VIII MR and IX.

Agree with fizzle, the looks are growing on me also - some nice examples in the US already.

Looks great in that first pic (white one). I must admit, though, it looks pretty damn similar to the base Lancer- much more so than the last two Evolutions.

The $59,490 tag for the 2008 Lancer Evolution manual will get Subaru’s attention (the STi has been priced at $59,990).

The Evolution with TC-SST is priced from $64,490 and the top-level MR from $71,690. They are cheap supercars.

The optional Performance Pack for the entry level Evolution cost $5500 and includes Brembo two-piece brakes, Bilstein front and rear shock absorbers, Eibach front and rear springs and 18-inch BBS forged aluminium wheels.
Holy crap... $72k + ORC

its the black and white contrast, with the black, the grill and the front bar dont stand out as much. Whereas the white, the grill/front bar stand out THAT much more.
