Had one for about a year now. They are excellent imo.

Wait till the 3G is jailbreaked, then you can get all the excellent apps the community makes. A standard iPhone is pretty boring

I am on mine now. I love it. The keyboard is surprisingly easy to use even with my "dialing wand required" fingers!!! Bring on jail break on the 3g for sure. I love how easy it is to make ringtones... Rename file to m4r and open in iTunes, sweet!

i love it, the keyboard is soooo fast once you get used to it, sometimes you press the wrong button but the dictionary fixes it.

i love the gps, being able to type in a business type (i.e. video shop, fish and chips, clubs etc) and it finds all the ones around then if u click on them, it gives you the phone number etc.

i will definately be jailbreaking my phone.

cant wait till my optus account is activated for live billing.

the iphone is definately missing some key features all phones should ahve but meh, its a great phone overall, sheek looks, great funcionality, smooth displays and mega handy.

How is internet browsing? - I have an HTC and I reckon surfing the net sucks on it even though its fairly fast...does Iphone load up pages like a pc or a crappy compremise like my htc?

for a mobile phone, surfing the net, its good enough imo, but others might be used to a faster connection.

Dont like the sms system, but love the phone so far.

I have wifi @ home and work so it's pretty quick! He I find the keyboard not to bad am getting used to it...battery life however what with all this browsing......

yep i don't like how you can't edit a sent message and resend etc, and there's no letter count on messages so you don't know if its 2 messages or 1, (some of my friends get a blank message if i use more than 160 characters).
