Stick with TMS or ASG or Race Torque.

RPW are a reputable shop as well, lots of good feedback for them on perth-evo.

Whoever you choose, use them from start to finish, personally I would talk to all of them in person and then make a call about who you are going to give your pride and joy too, when getting work done.

I always make an assessment by visiting the workshop in person and speaking with the people doing the work.

This lets you see who is the real deal and who just has a flashy website/forum posts/brochure/etc for marketing. It amazes me how you see some marketing material that makes a workshop look like it is NASA, but when you visit it looks like a bomb has hit it.

RPW have some good deals on exhausts and other bits for the Evo's/RA's... I'd buy from them and get the work done at TMS personally though! Despite the sometimes-hard-to-justify increase in price! :)
