Remember these guys aren't like this 24/7. They go on a strict eating plan & don't drink water before the comp so their skin dehydrates a little & gives more of a cut look than normal. On 'off season' they look quite stocky being so huge but with the layer of fat on them.

Seminar was awesome, apart from waiting an extra 40 mins cause he was late.. Talked for about two hours about anything the crowd wanted to know, then posed and then signed autographs and pictures.. Paramount was PACKED, we got there early and were up against the stage with perfect view.. Lots of crappy phone pics and vids.. I got both my DVD's signed so I'm happy.

The pro's look pretty similar off season too - they make a fair bit of their money from guest posing and shit so can't turn into fat slobs when they aren't competing. E.g Ronnie is only about 20 lb heavier off season than onseasn.

yeah i think i will bulk up as well, i love eating chicken, there again i just love food, but i draw the line at having 18 to 21 gauge needles stuck in me, it will hurt......

Ronnie also has the advantage of being the regining Mr Olympia, so he only does one event a year. Every one else has to compete to qualify for it, so Ronnie has more time to bulk up etc etc.
