I am fond of a version of a Long Island Iced Tea....called a Tennessee Long Island Iced Tea when I first had it in London last year.

Swap out the tequila for Wild Turkey Bourbon..rest of cocktail is usual..

Crushed ice
15ml light rum
15ml vodka
15ml gin
15ml Cointreau
15ml BOURBON
Cola
Dash lemon juice
Place ice, rum, vodka, gin, Cointreau and tequila in tall glass; top with cola and lemon juice.

Box Deli in the city will make this if asked....

For girls:

Sex on the beach (suggestion from my wife who had one in Port Douglas last night)

Schnapps, peach 1.5 shot
Vodka 1 shot
Cranberry Juice 2 parts
Orange Juice 2 parts
Pineapple Juice 2 parts
Glass to UseHighball glass

Others: Fruit tingle, strawberry daquiri, midori splice.

15 x Suntory Lena Banana Liqueur

30 x Imitation Grenadine

Misc.

A Blender
Ice cubes
Lemonade


Mix 75ml of the various suntori mixed, blend with ice into a slushy.
Pour into a cold martini glass
Add Cold Lemonade tp fill.
Drizzle Grenadine on top in swirls.
Add straw, and wait for legs to open.





Midori Splice


Liqueurs

45ml x Suntory Midori Liqueur Melon
45ml x Malibu Coconut Rum

Misc.

Pineapple Juice
A pineapple
Lime
Cream


Add Midori and coconut rum to hurricane glass.
Add some ice
add lime slices
add some more ice
pour pineapple juice
top wth cream
granish glass with a pineapple wedge
