Alright, unusual request.

I need help creating an awesome cocktail for a work function.

its an engineering office and we're having a cocktail night .....(yeah i know)

so i need to come up with 2 cocktails.


Used to work at the deen and used to do a bit of experimenting with cocktail and shooter creating so i have an idea of whats available, what works and doesnt, but need some input.

A guys cocktail and girls cocktail would be good.

Lychee Love

1 part Absolut Vodka
1 part Lemon-lime Soda
1 part Lychee Juice
1 part Lychee Liqueur

Fill a highball glass to the rim with crushed ice. Pour absolut vodka, lemon-lime soda, lychee juice and lychee liqueur into a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with dry ice cubes and stir. Strain the drink into the highball glass.

Add sliced strawberries and whole lychees in it. The bitches will love it!

Too true mate, beer is my preference too, but its different so its a good thing, lol will get the girls to drink a few more too ;P so my girlfriend will be there also .....

used to make this for the girls at the bar, they fucking loved it, so simple.


- 60ml mix all of the Suntory liqueurs (Midori, banan, strawberry, mango, blue curaco) into a highball glass

- add lemonade

- add ice

- top with imitation grenadine for taste.

Had a cocktail party recently at home. Easiest thing is white rum. U can make loads of drinks with that. Mojitos, Daquiris etc. If you stick to one spirit it makes it pretty easy, u'll need a blender too. Maybe go a strawberry or lemon daquiri and Mojitos.

we have been told that we dont need to worry about liquer amount as all will be available
