I would say video evidence would do it, but a photo would have to be pretty incriminating and a phone call or 2 wouldn't do shit as far as convictions are concerned.

i havent had a situation as bad as that, but i got a lil pissed off last night, had a falcon xr8 ute tailgating me last night in a residential zone, i was going about 55...so wasnt going to go any faster. i could just see the top of his headlights in my rearview mirror, came up to a small chicane, by this time pretty annoyed so i slammed on my brakes a lil hard, pretty sure it upset him abit which was my intentions, turned right up my street and he slowed right down, assuming staring at me/giving me the finger/yelling abuse, was too dark to see and had stereo up so couldnt hear, but i seriously cant stand fuck heads that tailgate like that.

Agreed. The MOST dangerous drivers on the road are those fuckheads.

pretty sure they do. had a stock ba falcon ute tailgate me on saturday night at like midnight going through ocean reef or some shit. he then decided to overtake my on double unbroken lines around a blind corner ? then just pulled over in some carpark a kay away. then back on the main road gets behind me again and ends up turning off. what for ??
