Default Buying a STI

Gday all Im gonna look at a 02 STi tomorow. What are some minor or major things I should look out for to know it is a genuine STi?

I know that is has small changes over the rex, What are some crucial things that i must look at before buying the car? This will be my first time testing a STI.

This year model doesn't come with dccd or the defi style start up?
