sorry sti32 gtr's are only for 'short' people :P
lol im 2m tall and fit in them fine :)

Go red, they look porn, having seen Silver, White and Black in person, then the quasi red one.. red ftw.

PS did Nissan tell you delivery would be late 09?

If so this has massive implications for SEVS... and also I was under the belief no deposits were to be taken before the Melbourne motor show?

I was thinking the dog dick red...still not sure. They are indeed taking deposits and issuing a legal contract to purchase a motor vehicle. Dealer told me they will be all gone by Friday at current rate. Nissan in Wangara and Melville are the only dealerships in WA selling it. Apparently it is costing each of them ~$150K to set up just to be able to service them.

They should start arriving in WA in April at the rate of 1 - 2 per month. Firm delivery dates are to be confirmed with all deposits refundable at thi stage.

Thanks for that.

Part of getting full volume for the cars means that each dealer will have to invest substantially to meet the legal requirements.. 150k doesnt surprise me.

Just be interesting to see when they actually land some.

Did they mention anything about servicing being included in the purchase price like the jap-spec ones?

JDM_STYLE 07-10-2008 09:04 PM

Congratulations! An R35 in Bunbury? Holy crap! How much will you charge for a seat in it? =D :P

Colours? Why not a midnight blue or purple colour? White or silver could get boring quick..

Service Intervals are 1000km, 12 months, 24 months and 36 months and are completed free of charge.

You can also get it "configured" for race set up free of charge twice per year for track days.

That's awesome. I was wondering if Nissan would charge extra for these as the first service is meant to be pretty expensive.
