Still spending.

Still employing (send resume if your a hairdresser or Accountant)

Made an offer on another house last night.

5K away atm.

making them sweat!

Shares = shit, but in 3 - 5 years who cares.

Planning mods.

Life's peachy

Oh, and interest rates are coming down which means more for me and less for the bank

well it might mean im not going to japan next year , when i was looking into it the exchange was 1AUD = .99YEN , now its like 1AUD = .70YEN

im going to thailand soon so i hope it gets a little better in like... 3 weeks
i cant see why our exchange goes poo and its costs more to go to thailand.

now hookers and booze will cost $3 not $2

I went ~3 years ago and the exchange rate was like 1AUD = 75YEN. Got by alright. I believe the prices of plane tickets are a lot better now because of Jet Star though, so it should be fine!
