What are you guys using, thought I would spoil myself today, went out and got 2 22Inch BENQ Full HD 1920x1080 res LCD's and a set of logitec x530 speakers, which when I got home to setup the screens meant having to go back and get a new video card to support Dual 1920x1080 screens :\. And a digital tuner card to top it off, best money I ever spent, it is almost toomuch screen space :P.

Yeah you've gotta have big screens if you use the PC for any decent length of time.
I've had two 24" Dell's at home for a couple years now and couldn't go back, hell I'm even stuggling on two 19" Dell's at work right now

Yeah I use my 13.3 lappy at work for my dev work and have outlook sitting on my 19 :\ I am soo used to the small laptop big screens is wierd again heh.

Not bad for $255 each got them from Austin in ossy park. The samsung was like $300 although not HD. I am not a gamer so they will be fine for me and for the price it is a steal.

yeah thats awesome price... i have a samsung 22".. not full HD though

HD4870 $330

or

GTX260 - $330


HD4870 is better but depends on wat motherboard you have really. (sli or Xfire)

I just got myself a Gigabyte 512MB dual DVI card was like $109, all I need I only do development work and watch movies/tv, with the digi tuner card it is cool can have tv running and work now. I built this machine a year ago and havent used it, now she will get the use it deserves.

Amazing that $100 gets your a fairly ok video card whereas the one I had was like $400 when I got it and it sucks..

yeah video cards are getting really cheap these days.. as i said the HD4870 is only $300ish and so far i have played every game on highest settings with no problem.

but if you dont use your pc for gaming then the $100 option you have gone for is perfect
