Licence issues after DD
 

After being done for DD..... .089 nothing major..3 months disqualification..do you have to RESIT your licence? this is what im hearing as it is different than losing ur licence due to points which is just a suspension?

DD is stupid man that is all

Call the DPI to find out for sure.

Ask for some pictures of DD drivers who have maimed themselves or killed others while you're on the line.

I assume you are not on P-plates?

Doubt you will have to resit if on a full licence and it is your first offence.

Oh and be prepared to be flamed out for the pissy driving. 0.089 is 78% higher than the legal limit.

If you're not on your P plates you definitely don't have to resit.

Welcome to the holier than thou website. Of course no-one on here has ever driven drunk, sped, run a red light, taken illegal substances etc etc. You my friend are going straight to hell.

Anyhoo I don't think u need to resit license, because you'll get it 'suspended', rather than 'losing' it.
