After being done for DD..... .089 nothing major..3 months disqualification..do you have to RESIT your licence? this is what im hearing as it is different than losing ur licence due to points which is just a suspension?

I assume you are not on P-plates?

Doubt you will have to resit if on a full licence and it is your first offence.

Oh and be prepared to be flamed out for the pissy driving. 0.089 is 78% higher than the legal limit.
