Is $150K cheap? If you lived in the UK you could buy the Evo X FQ400 next year for half the price and it will be just as quick (if not quicker). The Evo iX FQ 400 beat a Lambo Galllardo round a track I seem to recall.

GTR clearly faster than Jim Richards Porsche...
Who gives a shit in the end?

Two completely different price tags so I don't think they are direct competitors anyway. A Porsche lover isn't going to buy a Nissan/Datsun over his beloved GT2 whether its faster around the 'Ring or not.
Second that.

Think it was a Murcielago, which has actually done a faster lap than the FQ400 did. I think a lot of their tests are skewed towards "entertainment" rather than letting the facts get in the way.

As for who cares- i reckon the blokes buying the cars would. Obviously your not shoppping a GT2 against a GTR, but would you buy a GT2 if it was a slug around the track? Most guys wouldn't get a GT2 close to its limits, but its nice to know what it could do :)

I think most know its not a slug, my point was more than whether it is 7 sec slower or faster than a Nissan isn't going to bother potential buyers....either way its still f'ing fast and offers the usual Porsche benefits.

Know a dude going to Nismo show in Japan, they are releasing the V-spec there.

Take that EcuTek sticker off and it would have gone faster.
