My wifes 08 Liberty Tuned by Sti was towed this morning with a death rattle from the engine and 2000 kms on the clock.

After my 08 Sti was on its second engine at 3000kms, we are probably the luckiest Subaru family around.

I dont drive the wifes car really (at most 3 times in 4 months she's had it) and she is not an enthusiastic driver. It has not seen a track or anything but inner Perth as it really is an expensive shopping trolley, and an auto.

Bruce, I rang Subaru today and mentioned that I am REALLY unhappy.

They are calling me back. We have not been given a loan car as yet.

Biggest problem is her now having to run in another motor - substantially affects the way you drive a car and the driving experience, especially when it took her 3 months to run the first one in.
