Default Power Supply Fault - Cisco 3550 PoE Switch

Anyone here good at electronics? Got a Cisco 3550 24Port PoE Switch which has a dead power supply. Had the run around and found it difficult to get a replacement.

Out of warranty.

Basically, i've got the power supply out and i can see where a resistor has popped and i can see the burn mark. I'm under the assumption if i can solder/connect a new one in there, all will be good?

This is a $3grand+ switch so it's worth the repair.

Case of beer in it for someone who can repair it.

Email me on richard.smith@lion-nathan.com and i can send you a photo of the PSU if you think you can sort it.

Cheers
